Hey guys, I’m here with a video showing everything I ate in a day- all vegan and so good! P.S. I drink mostly water w/ lemon throughout the day.

* My vegan mayo recipe (approximate, I don’t measure) :
1 cup cashews (soaked for about 2 hrs, drained)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1.5 tbsp mustard
1/4 cup veg broth (or water)
Salt to taste

Blend until smooth and creamy.

    blend your flaxseed- the body actually doesn’t digest whole flaxseed.
