Vegan Pizza Dough Samosa Bombs – Angry Broccoli Recipes

As we all know, science has proven that adding pizza dough to any dish will automatically make it better, even when it doesn’t make any sense, you should still do it if you want to be impressive and be praised by people. We decided that we also want to be impressive and made our favorite Veggie Samosas with Pizza Dough. And Since we didn’t want to get any hateful comments saying “This is not pizza enough!”, we didn’t stop there. We also made a yummy (Marinara) Chutney sauce and used it as a dip for our Pizza Samosa Bombs. This “explosive” combination of flavors got us a one way ticket to the Flavor Town! – 2 potatoes
– 1/4 cup diced onions
– 1/4 cup shredded carrots
– 1/4 cup green peas
– pepper & salt
– 1 tbsp. Ras El Hanout Spice
– oil

Chutney Sauce:

– 1/4 cup diced onions
– 4 diced tomatoes
– 1 tsp ginger
– 1 tbsp sugar
– pepper
– oil
– pizza dough


1. Boil 2 potatoes until done.
2. Mash them and set aside.
3. Heat oil on the skillet. Add diced onions, and saute them for about 1 minute.
4. Add shredded carrots, and saute them for about 1 minute.
5. Add green peas, saute for another minute.
6. Add salt, pepper and Ras El Hanout spice.
7. Add the mashed potatoes, and mix well.
8. Set aside and let it cool down.

Make Chutney sauce next.
9. Heat the oil in a sauce pan. Add onions, diced tomatoes, ginger, and sugar.
10. Simmer for about 15 min or until ready.
11.The pizza dough needs to be room temperature, and risen.
12. Make the samosa bombs by rolling the dough with stuffing in to a ball.
13. Deep fry samosas until golden color.
14. Serve with Chutney sauce.
