This weeks video is a super simple yet delicious vegan pizza!! It is filled with healthy ingredients and is perfect for dinner or lunch! Hope you enjoy!!

1 vegan flatbread
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup chopped white onion (or yellow)
1 cup chopped kale
2-3 tbsp pesto
5-10 pieces of sliced pear
handful of shaved almonds
Heat oven to 425 degrees
Cook oil, garlic, onion and kale over medium heat till soft
Cover flatbread in pesto
Add cooked veggies
Slice pear (very thin) and place on pizza
Sprinkle shaved almonds on top
Bake for 8-10 mins
Remove from and drizzle with balsamic glaze!
