Today I have prepared for you guys a vegan gluten free chocolate chip cookie recipe. It is one that you do not want to miss out on!!! You will love it!

Ingredients (Makes about 16 cookies): Vegan ingredients do not need to be used, it will still be just as delicious!
½ a 10 oz bag of Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 stick or ½ a cup of Vegan Butter
1 ¼ cup All purpose Gluten Free Flour
⅜ cup white granulated sugar
⅜ cup light brown sugar
1 tspn Baking Powder
1 tspn Baking Soda
Optional: Splash of Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F
Mix together in a bowl the butter, white granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until smooth.
Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and a splash of vanilla until it is dough like
Mix in the chocolate chips
Use a mini ice cream scoop or tablespoon to make balls of dough and add to a sheet pan
Cook for 9 minutes (time can vary depending on your oven)
