  2. Mise-en-place just means everything in its place. That’s having everything chopped and ready to go before you start the actual cooking process. I think you may be confusing it with mirepoix which is a carrot, celery, and onion mix 🙂

  3. girl im sitting here at night, loving your video.. i love your channel and your recipies..
    when i was a kid my mom used to do a dish, it called “schmorkohl” here in germany . it was cabbage, and meatballs and like a brown sauce i dont really remember. mabey you know it 🙂 i wasnt able to cook it vegan so i havent had it in 10 years 🙂 mabey you know a way to do it ?
