Hey gals and gents!! yet another Friday is upon us! of course with that, another video for you all! today I’m sharing this incredibly simple and basic cookie recipe with just a little something for us adults. Matcha is not only a great source of antioxidents but also a great pick me up due to the natural caffein found in green tea. So if you feel like you can’t “adult” today or anyday, be sure to whip up a batch of these yummy crispy yet soft cookies. I hope yall LOVE em!

Ingredients
1 C all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 Tbsp good quality matcha powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C cane sugar
1/4 C brown sugar
1/4 C coconut oil
2 Tbsp + 2 tsp unsweetened soy milk
