This recipe tastes just like the cream in an oreo cookie. It’s super easy and very white.
Vegan American Buttercream:
1 cup (250g) shortening
8 cups (1000g) powdered sugar
ca. 1/4 cup (80mL) water
Beat shortening until creamy. Add powdered sugar a quarter at a time, thinning with water a tablespoon at a time as needed.
