Maple Curry Spring Rolls

Maple Curry Sauce:

2 tbsp almond butter
1/4 cup almond milk
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp curry powder
2-3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp lemon juice (optional but recommended)

Stir all ingredients together until well combined.

  1. you don’t have to submerge the rice paper until it’s soft, just dip it in
    and make sure it all gets wet and it will soften on your plate, that way it
    doesn’t get tooo flimsy when youre trying to put it on the plate.

  2. Um, fricken yum! I the ad at the start couldn’t get to ‘skip’ fast enough
