1 cup of Rolled Oats ground into flour
1 cup of Almond Flour
1/2 cup Granulated Sweetener – I used Monkfruit
2 Tablespoons Golden Ground Flax
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1/3 cup Non Dairy Milk
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 pint Fresh Blueberries

Icing Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar

  1. Not a fail! It looked like a very moist, delicious , yummy desert. Blueberries are really juicy. You have to compensate. My mother always made soggy blueberry pancakes. Don’t think she compensated 😃. But we didn’t care and ate them for the treat she intended.
