How To Make Vegan Oreo Cake From Scratch.

Ingredients:
– 1.5 cups self raising flour
– 3.5 tablespoons of corn starch
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1.5 teaspoon baking powder
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– Pinch of Salt
– 105ml Oil (*80ml sunflower and 25 coconut oil)
– 200 ml vegan non dairy milk
– 1.2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
– 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
– 3 tablespoons Water
– 3 pieces Chopped Oreo (biscuit and cream)

Grease and line three 4 inch pans.

Oven @ 350F or 180C
Bake for 18-20 mins only!

Buttercream:
– 1/4 Cup Vegetable Shortening
– 1/4 Cup Vegan Margarine
– 1 1/4 Cups confectioner’s sugar- Sifted
– 2 1/2 pieces Powdered Oreo, (crushed to fine powder in a bag) (biscuit and cream)
– 1 tablespoon corn starch (sifted)

For the decoration:
– 2 Oreos- Only the biscuit without the cream filling- Powdered around the base
– Choc drip and ganache
– 1 1/2 Oreos on top of the cake
