  1. I have been eating a avocado and a banana each morning for breakfast and I
    am FULL. I drink water all day until I get hungry then I fix me a bowl of
    gumbo and rice. I am walking each day trying to drop 100
    lbs.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Every time I get a chance I
    hit the weights and I am looking better feeling better IDK if I lost weight
    I don’t go by the scale. When you use weights you can convert fat to muscle
    and when you do it weighs the same but you drop
    inches.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I think
    drinking diet cokes has put on the weight it makes you hungry so I cut that
    out changed from sweetener in my coffee to honey and that seems to work.

  2. we had a “smoothie party” at work today. I wish i’d seen this recipe before
    the party!!! But I’ll def give it a shot. Loox terrific!

    1. +The Vegetarian Baker I made a big blender of pineapple, avocado, coconut
      water, ginger, blueberries and lime. So mine was vegan. The other blender
      was mixed berries, yogurt, oj and a nana. We also had a bucket of trail
      mix, roasted chic peas and nuts. It was a really nice idea. Nice changeup
      from the usual office birthday cake for employees.
