I’m just curious why does that broccoli on the fridge say FUCK? 😂
yum
Red lentils are`the best! I’m going to try that recipe out tonight, so thanks!
Hahahahahaha too funny!!!
I had some of my high school friends tell me…. wtf happened to you?! How do you cook so well?! You used to burn pizza in a microwave. Hahahaha…. little do they know…. I have a few simple tricks up my sleeve 😏😏 muahahahahahaahaha
Hey Rose would you happen to know what would be a good substitute for sesame oil? I dont use oil in my cooking usually but if there isn’t an alternative I might make an exception for sesame oil because I love sesame stir fry.
if you absolutely had to avoid sesame oil, maybe a little tahini? the oil is there for flavor. Sesame is a seasoning oil not a cooking oil but I respect your dietary restrictions.
I usually end up using half of the amount called for in a recipe, haha! Take care <3
+AutumnRain Thanks for your input! And you’re right that a little goes a long way 🙂
My guess would be a spoonful of (roasted is best for this) peanut butter, because it is stronger in flavor, but less processed. With sesame oil, even a small teaspoon will flavor your entire dish, so from a refined fat prospective it’s a very small amount for a LOT of flavor. Your choice!
(Edit: I realized that you had directed this to Rose. Sorry to butt in! I’ll leave this up anyway. ^_^)
Microwaving rice is my best rip for beginner cooks. 1 cup rice 1/2 cup water and microwave for 12 minutes in a large microwave safe container. It turns out perfectly every time and is quick so it’s easy to throw together a sushi or burrito bowl. You can also add other things, so sometimes when I’m in a rush I make Mexican rice in the microwave with 1 cup white rice, cumin, chilli, veggie stock, beans, corn- stir in some coriander and lime juice, top with some salsa, or guac and you’ve got a meal fully made in the microwave from things you can keep stored in the cupboard.
do you mean 1 cup water to 1/2 c rice?
What is that broccoli on the fridge that says “FUCK” hahaha. I must know.
