Hello everyone! I’m back from our little trip in Prague as I spent my birthday there and I’m sharing one of my favourite smoothies with you! It’s a superfood chocolate and berry smoothie packed with loads of goodness and antioxidants! It also tastes aaaamazing and is vegan and free of refined sugar. If you don’t have all of these superfood ingredients, that’s totally ok as you can leave some out and it would still taste delish! This smoothie is perfect as a healthy breakfast idea or when you want something sweet without the guilt that comes with it! I hope you love this smoothie as much as I do!

1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup blackberries (around 6 large ones)
1/2 tsp acai powder
2 tbsp dried mulberries (or other sweet dried fruit)
1 tbsp flaxseed (preferably ground)
1 tbsp buckwheat groats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp hemp hearts
1 tsp cacao nibs
1 1/2 tbsp cacao powder (use 2 tbsp for a more chocolatey taste)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other vegan milk)
1 rip medium banana
