Easy vegan Carrot Cake – In 30 minutes

You like carrot or not you will like this carrot cake. It’s soft and moist, you don’t really taste carrot in it. This is my favorite dessert recipe and this is how I like my carrot cake. The perfect combination of cinnamon and sweet carrot taste.

Recipe for cake:

– 200 g whole grain spelt flour
– 150 g date sugar
– 100 g shredded carrots
– 200 g soy yogurt
– 100 ml cold-pressed oil
– 1 tsp. of cinnamon
– 1 tsp. of baking powder

Recipe for carrots decoration:

– 3 tbsp. ground almonds
– 1 tbsp. agave nectar
– drop of natural orange food dye

Process the ingredients to get dough for decoration

180°C, 30 minutes

Calories per piece: 320 kcal


Protein: 5 g
Carbohydrate: 37 g
Fat: 16 g
