Perfect VEGAN Chocolate Chip Cookies- Recipe Review
Recipe Score 10/10 – did many times before and will do it again! Delicious!
I decreased amount of sugar in my recipe (from 1 cup to ¾ cup) and found that it is good to keep coconut oil and dough cold. Good to put them in the fridge for 10-15 min.
½ cup coconut oil
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup almond milk
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda (mix with flour)
1 tsp Baking powder (mix with flour)
½ tsp salt (mix with flour)
1 cup vegan chocolate chips
