Recipe For Monika Avalos. Cauliflower, red beets, and whole rolled oats makes a beautiful red vegan pizza dough ready in only 30 minutes and is all done in a food processor. This semi soft crust is flexible enough to pick up and won’t rip or get soggy like some other recipes. Make a few days a head of time and try rolling out the dough for empanadas or calzones.
