Healthy Vegan cookie dough bites covered in a layer of chocolate and made from just three ingredients. This healthy treat can be made in 10 minutes and is one of my new favourites as it’s great but not super morish so one or two is enough.

Can be made gluten free if you use gluten free oats. I suggest making these with a very dark chocolate. Let me know what you think of this recipe. Thanks!

  1. Do you mind sharing why it isn’t healthy to eat raw all the time? I recently learned that the raw diet is supposed to be best, so am surprised to hear someone say it’s not

    1. I can’t really answer this quickly in a comment as it’s quite complex. But as someone that did it for many years over a decade ago it didn’t work for me. Especially not living in the UK and importing lots of fruit in the winter. There’s something about a brothy dish in the winter with cooked veggies that feels so good. Raw has some points, but I wouldn’t recomened sticking to it 100% and I’m very warey of people that treat something light lightly steamed broccoli as if its poison. In following the raw food movement for over 15 years I don’t think many have stuck to it 100% for a long time, lots have given themselves health issues trying to follow it 100% for years. Anyway that’s just my thoughts, I could go on for thousands of words about it all

    2. D Joy there will always be alternative facts that try to shift you away from a fact. Eating a plant based diet in general is best. Raw even better. There will always be someone out there who will try to create an alternative fact.
